Virtual Patient Coordinators, Made for Healthcare
Reliable support. Personally trained.
You are already doing it all. Running a healthcare practice means you are the provider, the educator, the business owner, and often the one answering the phones.
I have worked inside a clinic since the day it opened, for more than seven years, and have spent the last three years working exclusively as a Virtual Patient Coordinator. I have seen firsthand how much of a difference the right support person can make for both patients and providers.
Imagine having a trusted virtual team member who understands your systems, your workflow, and your patient experience. Someone who communicates clearly, shows up reliably, and helps your day run more smoothly.
That is exactly what we provide.
At Socially Thriving, we help healthcare practices find and train Virtual Patient Coordinators who are confident, compassionate, and prepared to support your team from day one.
This program is built to relieve your administrative burden while giving you full control over how your coordinator works within your practice.

Matched for Compatibility
We do not just match based on skills. We match based on tone, energy, and pace—because the right fit makes all the difference.
Before placing a Virtual Patient Coordinator, we take the time to understand how your practice truly operates. Our detailed intake form covers:
- Your clinic hours and time zone
- Communication preferences and workflow style
- Practice personality (structured, casual, high-touch, fast-paced, or relaxed)
- Past wins and challenges with staff
- Your expectations for onboarding and how hands-on you want to be
Every candidate is personally interviewed before they enter training. We assess not only professionalism and communication, but their ability to understand the heart of your clinic model and thrive in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Why Clinics Choose Socially Thriving
When you hire a Virtual Patient Coordinator through Socially Thriving, you are not just filling a position—you are transforming how your clinic runs.
We understand how overwhelming it can be to manage patient communication, scheduling, onboarding, and daily operations while still providing excellent care. Our VPCs are trained to step in with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency, allowing you and your clinical team to focus on what truly matters.
Here is what practices gain when they bring on a VPC:
More Time for Patient Care
Your day should not be consumed by voicemails, unanswered emails, or patient confusion. A VPC keeps your schedule organized and your communication streamlined so you can reclaim time and focus.
Happier, More Supported Patients
Patients notice when their messages are returned quickly, their questions are answered clearly, and their care feels organized. A VPC becomes the friendly, familiar point of contact your patients trust and appreciate.
Improved Workflow and Fewer Missed Opportunities
Many clinics lose revenue or miss follow-up visits simply because no one was available to answer a call or follow through on scheduling. VPCs close those gaps with proactive communication and reliable follow-through.
Confidence That Your Front-End Is Covered
You do not need to spend weeks training someone from scratch or explaining your care model. We take care of that for you. Every VPC arrives prepared, polished, and ready to integrate into your existing systems.
Flexibility Without the Overhead
Whether you need a few hours a day or full-time support, you choose the level of help that fits your practice. You only pay for the hours you need, with no long-term contracts or unnecessary costs.
A Personalized Match That Actually Works
We do not believe in cookie-cutter hires. We take the time to understand your voice, your workflow, and your expectations—then match you with someone who truly aligns. You are not locked into a hire that does not feel right. If something is off, we will make it right.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to place a VPC?
Most VPC placements happen within 1–2 weeks after we receive your intake form. Timing depends on your clinic’s needs, availability, and the match process.
Do I have to train the VPC myself?
Nope — that’s what we’re here for. Your VPC will receive live training customized to the DPC model before they start with you. We also offer 30 days of support and troubleshooting post-placement.
Do you hire the VPCs directly?
No — you handle employment and payment. We help you find and train the right fit, then hand them off to you. You decide whether they are W-2 or independent contractors.
What if I’m not happy with the person placed?
We’ll work with you to resolve concerns or, if needed, provide a replacement candidate. We want the fit to feel right — for both of you.
Can I interview my VPC before placement?
Absolutely. You can choose to interview final candidates or trust us to place someone aligned with your values and workflow.
