Hi, I’m Kaitlin.

I’m the owner and creative mind behind Socially Thriving, LLC. I help healthcare practices, direct primary care clinics, and service-based businesses build websites that feel clear, strategic, and genuinely reflective of the work they do.

Socially Thriving began in 2020 after I started managing social media for my mother’s Direct Primary Care practice. That experience gave me a front-row seat to what small businesses and healthcare practices actually need from their online presence. They do not just need something pretty. They need a website and message that builds trust, communicates value clearly, and helps the right people take the next step.

Since then, I have grown Socially Thriving into a business focused on custom website design, website editing, and strategic support for business owners who are ready for more clarity and a stronger digital presence. I especially love working with healthcare and DPC clients because I understand the heart behind what they do and the trust their websites need to create from the very first click.

I bring a blend of real-world experience, strategy, and design to every project. My background includes an Associate’s degree in Small Business and Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Communications and a minor in Business. I started in social media management, expanded into custom website design in 2022, and have continued to refine my work around what actually helps businesses connect, convert, and grow.

I am also a mom of two, and that season of life has shaped the way I work in the best possible way. It has made me deeply aware of the value of time, simplicity, efficiency, and systems that actually support real life. I bring that same mindset into the websites and strategy I create for my clients. Today, I work with businesses of many kinds, but healthcare practices and DPC clinics remain a major specialty of mine.
