Hi, I'm Kaitlin — and I've been inside the world of direct primary care since 2019.
Socially Thriving started in 2020 when I began managing social media for my mother's Direct Primary Care practice. What started as helping family quickly turned into something bigger — because I had a front-row seat to exactly what healthcare practices need from their online presence.
Not just something pretty. A website and message that builds trust, explains the DPC membership model clearly, and helps the right patients take the next step — confidently.

My approach
Since those early days, I've grown Socially Thriving into a business built around custom website design, strategic website editing, and honest Digital Gut Checks — all focused on clarity, trust, and real results. I expanded into custom website design in 2022 and have continued to refine everything around one question: what actually helps healthcare practices connect, convert, and grow?
My background includes a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Communications and a minor in Business, plus an Associate's in Small Business and Entrepreneurship. But honestly, the most valuable education has been working inside a DPC practice for the past six years.

I'm also a mom of two, and that has shaped how I work in the best possible way. I understand the value of time, simplicity, and systems that actually support real life.
