Group Coaching

$75 per staff member

I will conduct a comprehensive one-hour group training session tailored specifically for your staff, which can comfortably accommodate up to three members at a time. Throughout this interactive session, I will assist each participant in refining their tone of voice, enhancing their communication skills, and boosting their overall confidence when presenting. At the conclusion of the training, I will provide them with the finalized script to ensure they have a valuable resource to refer back to. Please keep in mind that if you have fewer than three staff members, the session will still be one hour long. However, if your team exceeds three members, the duration of the training may vary to adequately address everyone's needs and provide personalized attention.

One-on-One Coaching

$150 per staff member

I will meet with the staff member for a dedicated hour, during which I will provide individualized assistance tailored specifically to their unique needs and challenges. This hands-on approach ensures that they feel supported and equipped to handle their responsibilities with confidence. Furthermore, upon completion of our meeting, they will receive a comprehensive script designed to guide them in answering phone calls effectively. This resource will not only enhance their communication skills but also promote consistency and professionalism in their interactions.
